Begin your journey at Simeon’s production facility, where cutting-edge architectural designs and innovative building solutions come to life. You’ll witness firsthand how advanced façade systems are crafted. Then, explore the rich heritage of the Veneto region with a visit to Cantina De Stefani. Immerse yourself in the history and process of winemaking as you walk through the vineyards and cellars, experiencing the time-honored methods perfected over generations. Learn about the legacy of the De Stefani family while tasting five of their most renowned wines, accompanied by a light lunch.
Experience a day filled with inspiration and discovery. This journey seamlessly blends the worlds of modern architecture, craftsmanship, and timeless tradition. The knowledge gained and the experiences shared throughout the day will provide valuable insights and a deeper appreciation for the history and culture of the Veneto region.
10:00 AM | Departure by private bus from central Venice

Participants will gather at the Venice San Basilio Port area, a central location easily accessible from key parts of Venice. The private bus will depart promptly at 10:00 AM, ensuring a comfortable journey to the next destination. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure a timely departure.
10:30 AM | Stop at Mestre FS (upon request during booking)

The bus will make a brief stop at Mestre Train Station (FS), located just outside the historic center of Venice, for attendees traveling to or from other parts of the Veneto region. This stop will only be made if requested during the booking process to ensure the schedule remains on track.
11:00 AM | Technical Tour at Simeon’s production site, Noventa di Piave (VE)

The technical tour will highlight Simeon’s expertise. Known for high-performance building envelope systems, Simeon integrates traditional craftsmanship with modern engineering. Attendees will explore Simeon’s latest façade solutions, featuring organic-shaped pressed terracotta components crafted in Italy. These components are part of a new residential tower in New York City, designed by Selldorf Architects and Frank Seta & Associates. The project demonstrates Simeon’s ability to combine craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. A mockup of this iconic project will be on display, offering a tangible representation of their innovative approach to design and engineering.
12:45 PM | Departure from Simeon’s facility by private bus

At 12:45 PM, the group will depart from Simeon’s production site by private bus for the next destination. The drive will take less than 10 minutes, ensuring a quick and comfortable journey to the next stop.
1:00 PM | Winery and Cellar Tour, followed by a light lunch at Cantina De Stefani

At Cantina De Stefani, participants will immerse themselves in the rich heritage of the Piave region. The tour begins with a guided exploration of the Le Ronche estate vineyard, followed by visits to the winemaking and aging cellars. Here, guests will learn about the winery's traditional and modern techniques for crafting exceptional wines. The highlight of the experience is a tasting of five different wines, carefully selected to showcase the winery’s distinctive varietals. These wines will be paired with cicheti, traditional local appetizers, to provide a full sensory experience. As part of the tour, attendees will also view the commemorative plaque dedicated to Ernest Hemingway, honoring his time spent in Fossalta di Piave during World War I.
3:00 PM | Return journey towards Venice

After the visit to Cantina De Stefani, the group will board the private bus for the return journey to Venice. This scenic drive offers participants the opportunity to relax and reflect on the day's experiences, enjoying the beautiful Veneto countryside.
3:25 PM | Stop at Venice Marco Polo Airport (upon request during booking)
A stop will be made at Venice Marco Polo Airport for attendees leaving by plane, but only if requested in advance.

3:40 PM | Stop at Mestre FS (upon request during booking)
A stop will be made at Mestre FS for attendees leaving by train, but only if requested in advance.
3:50 PM | Arrival in central Venice

The journey will conclude as we arrive back in the heart of Venice, bringing with it an experience that will stay with you long after the day is over.
